We met in high school chemistry class, where we became fast friends. We hung out a few times, and before long, we were face timing each other every single night for hours, talking about anything and everything. Our late night chats grew into something more, and we knew that we were never really just friends. Looking back, it's funny how chemistry class led to the perfect kind of chemistry between us.

One night we had planned a date night to our favorite place, Perry's steakhouse. We had just got done getting ready and ready to leave when Logan was nowhere to be found and so I went looking for him. I opened the backdoor and there he was in the backyard on one knee with a whole area set up. I was so completely stunned and couldn’t even process what was happening at first. All I could do was stare at him, wide-eyed, barely able to believe that the person I’d shared so many special moments with was now asking me to spend forever together. It was the most unexpected, yet perfect moment.
