Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is black tie optional and formal summer wedding attire. For men, this means a tux or suit and ties. Ladies, you are invited to dress elegantly in a full or tea-length dress. We invite our guests to keep in mind the summer weather conditions. Please no white or shades of white, cream, etc.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Complimentary valet parking will be available at Overbrook prior to the start of the ceremony.

Question

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

We are currently working on booking transportation services to shuttle between Hotel West & Main and Overbrook. Stay tuned for details!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are requesting an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony to ensure full presence as we say our I do's. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many shots and videos as you would like. We cannot wait to share our professional wedding photographs with you!

Question

May I bring a date?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest's name will be listed in your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Due to venue capacity reactions, we are only able to accommodate the guests that were formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Are my children welcome?

Answer

We love and adore your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our reception an adult-only event. We encourage you to use this as a date night!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP no later than June 15th. You can RSVP right here on our wedding website by clicking the RSVP tab. If we do not get an RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have provided a total guest count to the venue promptly and they cannot accept late RSVPs. We hope you understand.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 5:00 PM to allow time to get settled. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM.

Question

Will the wedding take place indoor or outdoors?

Answer

We are planning to have an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour followed by an indoor reception. Indoor plans are available based on weather and will be decided day of if required.

For all the days along the way
