When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1, 2022 via the RSVP card included with your invitation. Please make sure to include names of those attending and what meal(s) you are having!

Answer

We are registered on Zola which can be accessed through our website! See Registry tab for more details.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is Semi-Formal/Cocktail attire. The ceremony will be held outside on grass so choose footwear accordingly!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those who are addressed on your invitation. Please write the names of the attendants on your RSVP card. Contact Delaney or Jake if you have any further questions on this!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, our wedding is an adults only event. Let your hair down for the night!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outside unless there is a rain forecast. Cocktail hour is held under a covered gazebo and inside. Reception will take place inside the ballroom.

Question

What type of food will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

There will be an imported cheese and cracker board with vegetable crudité served during cocktail hour. During the reception, there will be passed hors d'oeuvres. Dinner will be a plated meal with the option of broccoli and cheese stuffed chicken, char grilled new york sirloin, or the vegetarian option of roasted vegetable risotto cake.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We have hired excellent photographers who will be taking our photos during the ceremony. We have opted for an unplugged ceremony so please keep all phones in bags/pockets. Be in the moment and enjoy! Cocktail Hour and Reception photos are allowed and encouraged!

What COVID health and safety measures will you be taking during the event?

Answer

We will be following whatever Maine state guidelines recommends regarding masking come September as per our contract with our venue. There is currently not a mandatory mask mandate and hopefully there will not be one again! You are also welcome to wear a mask if you feel more comfortable.
