If you are planning to stay in the Roanoke area, visiting the Mill Mountain Star is a must! Not only does it capture the beautiful fall foliage, but it is the heart of the Roanoke mountains.

If you are flying into Roanoke, take a look around downtown. From the Historic City Market to the Mass General Store. From Six and Sky Rooftop Grille to Blue Cow Ice Cream Shop. Find your very own piece of Roanoke inside of Chocolate Paper, or take a walk down Elmwood Park. The limit does not exist.
Peaks of Otter Lodge
The Peaks of Otter continue to hold a special place in my heart. It is a place I visited frequently growing up with my family. Whether you go to dine or hike, the views are breathtaking. We loved the Peaks so much, that we figured we would include them in our wedding ceremony.
