What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:30pm. Please arrive 20-30 minutes early to ensure we start on time. Please do not join the ceremony late.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

Please please please do not take pictures during the ceremony. We have hired a photographer and we will share photos from the wedding with everyone. Feel free to take any pictures during cocktail hour and reception. We will have a few QR codes for a shared album for this time of the night.

Will children be able to attend?

Answer

No, we ask that only the people addressed on the invitation attend.

Am I able to bring a plus one?

Answer

We will not be able to accommodate any plus ones.

What is the dress code for our wedding?

Answer

Cocktail or Formal attire. Elegance is encouraged.

Is there parking near the venue?

Answer

There is a parking lot conveniently located near the entrance of the venue. This is free weekend parking. You can leave your car there overnight if needed.

Has there been room blocks reserved at nearby hotels?

Answer

Yes, reservations can be made over the phone by calling 815-668-7878, and mention the group Guinan-Gryz Wedding or group code GGW Embassy Suites by Hilton Rockford Riverfront. 416 S Main St, Rockford, IL 61101 If you are having issues with this, contact Dominic or Delaney.

What is the easiest way to get to and from the venue?

Answer

We have booked buses for transportation. The first bus will arrive at the hotel at 2:45pm. The buses will then arrive at 9pm to pick up guests from the venue to the hotel.
