After much consideration, we have decided to change the date of our wedding from 9/20/24 to 5/30/25. Change the Date invites were mailed out on 6/24/2024

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity of our venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones, unless specifically indicated on your invite. Invitations will include a number of seats that we have reserved for you. We want everyone to share in the celebration and this will ensure that we are surrounded by our close friends and family. We hope you understand!

Are children allowed?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to many factors including limited space, we are only able to accommodate children in the wedding party. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night!

What does parking look like?

Answer

There will be plenty of parking available at the venue. Overnight parking is allowed, however cars must be retrieved by 9 AM the following day. There is a gated entrance, however since we have stays taking place on the property, the gate will remain open over night and will not close. Please plan to either drive home, leave your car to retrieve promptly the following morning, schedule a car share, or utilize the shuttle services we are providing. What should I do if I can't make it?

You will be missed, dearly. If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no," this way we can plan accordingly.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! We are requesting semi-formal attire, no jeans please! Events will be outdoors and indoors, so please dress accordingly!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30PM CST. We ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes before!

Can I take pictures throughout the ceremony/reception?

Answer

In order to ensure we are all fully present, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We request that you turn off/silence all phones during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture this special moment and we would be happy to send you any pictures upon request! During cocktail hour and the reception, please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like. We will be sharing a QR code to our shared photo album where everyone can drop their pictures throughout the events!

What's the bar situation?

Answer

We will provide an open bar with beer, wine, and soda beginning after the ceremony during the cocktail hour. A cash bar will also be available for those interested in purchasing mixed drinks.

What is the After Party Thing?

Answer

We have a few houses reserved on the venue's property. Please see "travel" for more information on these accommodations. We are offering friends and family the opportunity to continue the celebration into the night (maybe morning if you are a DeLane... haha) by staying on the property! There will be access to free arcade games and the hot tube/pool. Drinks, Music and Dancing will continued to be seen, as well :)
