Where is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is being held at The Village Chapel. This building in a quaint white chapel located near the campus entrance, to the left of Grace Park's main sanctuary.

Where is the reception?

Answer

The reception will take place at the Precept Mansion located at the back of campus. It is the first building to the right from the rear campus entrance off of Sage Road.

How do I get from the ceremony to the reception?

Answer

Upon leaving the ceremony, you will be directed on how to navigate to the reception space. Signage and traffic direction will be provided.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Garden formal attire is preferred but not required!

Is the wedding outdoors or indoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held indoors inside the Village Chapel. The reception will be held partly indoors at the Precept Mansion. Most of the reception will occur outdoors so please plan accordingly.

What do I do about the heat?

Answer

We are so excited for our summer wedding! That being said, summer heat can be brutal. We have strategically planned our reception to start early evening in order to minimize sun exposure. The reception will be held at the Precept Mansion with an indoor seating option should you need some reprieve from the heat. Please be aware that most of the seating and reception events will be held outdoors. Hand fans will be offered to guests as well as plenty of refreshments to stay hydrated!

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Should the summer rain make an appearance, our lovely outdoor reception will be moved indoors to an adjacent building called The Pavilion. You will be directed where to go following the conclusion of the ceremony.

Will alcohol be provided?

Answer

We will be observing a dry wedding and kindly request that guests leave drinks at home to allow the couple to enjoy their special day.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to limited seating and food accommodations, we kindly ask that only those who received an invitation attend the wedding ceremony and reception. Those who received a plus-one will have that indicated by the number of seats on their RSVP Card or next to their name in the online guest list.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Please reference the names on your invitation, the number of seats on your RSVP card, or the RSVP list online to verify if your child is on our guest list. Children that do not require a seat (ages 4>) may not be indicated on your RSVP card. Please search their name on the RSVP list online to confirm the status of their invitation.
