With the Ceremony starting at 5:00pm we ask that you arrive by 4:30pm!
As mentioned on the schedule page, we are so excited to celebrate our day with your children but after 9pm we will not be censoring music or activities!
We ask that you arrive with you RV (or have it delivered) on Friday at the latest so we do not have to worry about getting the Rv's parked in the allotted area while people are trying to get ready/ set up.
The ceremony will be unplugged as we have hired an amazing photographer to take pictures that we will share with everyone. Although we encourage you to take your own pictures after the ceremony and formal reception so ensure that there is no phones in the way of our professional photos.
We are encouraging a casual attire. Reminder that this event will be held outdoors and there will be walking in the field.
We are open to our guest bringing plus one and children, although if you do not have one (or enough listed) please message us so we can fix that for you and ensure we are keeping an accurate guest count!
