Answer

Transportation will be provided to and from the venue on the day of the wedding for the following hotels: West Palm Beach Marriott and The Ben, Autograph Collection. There is parking available at the venue, but we highly recommend taking an Uber/Lyft so you can enjoy yourself at the reception, specifically the open bar, worry-free! *For guests staying at the Marriott West Palm the trolley will arrive at 5:40 pm and depart at 5:50 pm to the wedding ceremony. *For guests staying at The Ben Hotel the trolley will arrive at 5:50 pm and depart at 5:55 pm to the wedding ceremony.

It is going to be unseasonably cold in Palm Beach for our wedding this weekend with a high of 70 and low of 49 degrees. All events are indoor for the day of the wedding, but women may want to bring a sweater or shawl to keep warm during cocktail hour, which is indoor/outdoor optional.

The dress code is black-tie optional. The "black tie optional" dress code is a more relaxed version of the traditional "black tie" attire. It gives guests the flexibility to either wear formal evening wear or opt for slightly less formal yet still elegant attire. Here's a breakdown: For Men: Black tie option: A tuxedo with a black bow tie, formal dress shirt, black patent leather shoes, and black dress socks. Optional alternative: A dark suit (navy, charcoal, or black), with a tie (not necessarily a bow tie), a crisp dress shirt, and dress shoes. For Women: Black tie option: A formal evening gown or a sophisticated cocktail dress, paired with heels or elegant flats. Optional alternative: A dressy cocktail dress, a nice long dress, or a dressy separates outfit (e.g., a formal blouse and skirt or trousers).

You do not have to stay at any of the hotels we've recommended. Please feel free to search for different options that may work for you! AirBnB is a great option for this area as well. However, transportation to and from the venue on the day of the wedding will be provided to guests staying at The West Palm Beach Marriott and The Ben, Autograph Collection.
