Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We must provide a final headcount to the venue by April 15th so we ask that you kindly RSVP before that date.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony is set to begin at 4:00 p.m. Our security team will be onsite at 3:30 p.m. to direct traffic. We ask that you arrive between 3:30 p.m. and 3:45 p.m.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

The bride and groom are registered right here on Zola. Additionally they are registered on Amazon. See the Registry tab for further details.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is not a formal dress code. We ask that you dress in dressy casual attire. The ceremony will be on the grass, so be mindful of your shoe choice. The reception is in a barn and it may be hot or cold during the month of May so please plan accordingly (light layers are suggested).

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation indicates "and Guest" you are welcome to bring a guest. Please provide your guest's name when RSVPing so that we may make proper seating arrangements. If you have any questions regarding a guest, please contact the bride and groom.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your kids, we have been asked by the venue to limit children under the age of 12 for liability purposes. Please do not bring your children unless otherwise specified or arranged with the bride and groom.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved a block of hotel rooms at the La Quinta Inn in Los Banos. For further information, please see our Travel page.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have any food allergies or restrictions, please contact the bride and groom as soon as possible with your needs so we may confer with our caterer. We will do our best to accommodate everyone.

Question

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Alcohol will be served on the premises at no cost to you. We will have beer, wine, champagne, and limited hard alcohol available. If you wish to bring any alcohol for yourselves or to share, you are welcome to do so.
