Delainey grew up in Lincoln, Nebraska, alongside her seven siblings. Jean-Paul is a global nomad, having spent his early childhood in the Middle East, and his adolescence between Pennsylvania, New York and California. After Jean-Paul graduated in the spring of 2016, he found himself on a train to Nebraska to live with his Uncle, Paul. That summer, two fateful swipe rights (on the popular dating app, Tinder) brought Delainey and Jean-Paul together. They have been together ever since. They have two cats, Habibi and Effie, one dog, Millie, and two birds, Tweetie and Rue. They have enjoyed many adventures together galivanting across America. It was during a trip to Colorado in the summer of 2022 that Jean-Paul popped the question, and Delainey happily said yes. They are so excited to share this special day with you and are overjoyed to have their beautiful families become one.
