Our story began in 2019 at Amazon, a place where neither of us expected anything beyond work routines, packages, and deadlines. Little did we know, a simple moment would change our lives forever. It all started while we were running back and forth from the 4th floor to the 3rd floor for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. What began as casual trips quickly became something more when we were stationed near each other. Being side by side gave us the chance to talk, laugh, and share stories with each other. Every conversation, no matter how small, brought us closer together. We found ourselves looking forward to those moments during the day, excited to learn more about each other and connect in ways that went far beyond work. Then, the world changed. COVID hit, bringing uncertainty, distance, and challenges none of us could have imagined. But instead of pulling us apart, it made us grow closer. Through long talks, shared support, and countless laughs, our friendship blossomed into love. We learned how to lean on each other, encourage each other, and find joy in the simple moments, moments like laughing together while walking between floors or just enjoying each other’s company during a long day. From that love came our greatest blessing a beautiful baby girl. She is the light of our lives and the sweetest reminder of how something so simple, like running for sandwiches together, could lead to a lifetime of happiness. Looking back, it’s amazing to see how our story began in such an ordinary place, yet became something extraordinary.
