In 2012, as two young teens, Deja and Shelton begin messaging back and forth on Twitter. The two never knew the their online connection would later become reality. Years later the two met in Macon, Georgia, where Shelton was born and raised. The connect was extremely powerful, and the two felt as though they had known each other for years. On Christmas Day of 2021, Shelton decided to give Deja a gift she would never forget. Before their closest family members, Shelton decided to ask Deja to marry him. Of course Deja said "YES!", and so we are here, it is time to plan a wedding and share their love with family and friends.
