Is there a dress code ?

Answer

YES! We’re keeping it classy with a strictly formal, ALL BLACK dress code. Only black attire, please—white dress shirts worn under suits are perfectly fine! No jeans or casual wear. Are Kids invited ?

Answer

While we absolutely adore your kids, this is strictly an ADULTS-ONLY occasion. We encourage you to use this as an opportunity to have a child-free night out!

can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP.

what time should I arrive?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will start promptly at 5p. Seating will open at 415p. Please ensure that you give yourself enough time to park, if needed, and that you are seated no later than 450p. Unfortunately, once the ceremony begins, NO ENTRY will be granted.

Where do I park?

Answer

There will be valet parking available at the main entrance of the hotel. The valet parking has been discounted to $15 per vehicle for the duration of the event. When you arrive, just let them know you are a guest of the Lewis/Hunter Wedding.

How do I find the wedding once I’m inside the hotel?

Answer

The wedding will be located on the first floor of the hotel in the Ballroom. Once you enter the hotel from the main entrance, you will make an immediate right and follow the long hallway back to the Ballroom. There will be signs and security indicating where to go. You can also ask the individuals at the front desk as well if you find yourself lost.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

ABSOLUTELY! Drinks are on us, hangover is on you ;) If you plan on drinking and are not staying at the host hotel, please arrange for reliable transportation from the venue. We want all our loved ones to make it back to their destinations safely!

Will there be a room block available?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved a room block at the host hotel, for dates Thursday June 11th through Monday June 15th. You are welcomed to stay shorter than the block dates for the same rates. The LAST day to book a room through the room block is May 1, 2026. For the link to the room block, please reach out to either Deja or Alonzo.

What if i didnt rsvp in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as "NOT ATTENDING". We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative that we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the timeframe they have given us. Thank you for understanding. Please note that RSVPs will not be due until AFTER formal invitations have been mailed. Once you receive your formal invitation, it will provide instructions on how to RSVP.
