As much as we adore your little ones, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a well-deserved night off to relax, dance, and celebrate with us! The closest airport to The Bellevue Conference & Event Center is Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), located approximately 10 miles away, which translates to a 15 to 20-minute drive under normal traffic conditions. Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) is about 31 miles from the venue, typically a 40 to 50-minute drive, depending on traffic. Both airports offer a range of domestic and international flights, providing convenient options for your travel plans.

Yes! We have reserved hotel blocks at the following hotels: - Westfields Marriott Washington Dulles – Chantilly (10 Mins) - Hyatt Place Dulles Airport South – Chantilly (7 mins) - Staybridge Suites Dulles Airport – Chantilly (7 mins) - Courtyard by Marriott Dulles – Chantilly (7 mins) All of these hotels are within a 10-minute drive of the venue for your convenience. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you know you’re coming, we recommend booking as soon as possible to secure your stay!

The Bellevue Conference & Event Center is easily accessible by car and has a large parking lot available for guests. However, if you plan on enjoying the open bar, we highly recommend using Uber or another rideshare service for a safe and stress-free trip.

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors, so no need to worry about the weather! Rain or shine, we’ll be celebrating in comfort.
