Travel Note
If you are planning on driving a car or renting a car and would have space in your hearts (and cars) to offer rides for guests traveling to Keene via plane, please let us know. Also let us know if you are planning to drive up from NYC and have space to take any other guests with you. We would love to be able to arrange carpool situations so everyone can travel to and from Keene comfortably! Vice versa, if you need to fly into an airport and need help arranging travel to Keene NH, also reach out so we can hopefully connect you with someone with similar travel plans.
Train
The Vermonter leaves from Washington D.C. once daily. It passes through NYC Moynihan Train Hall on its way to Vermont around 11:30am and arrives in Brattleboro VT around 5pm. The ticket is $60 each way from NYC. Keene is 30 minutes away and we will arrange a carpool situation or taxi service to bring people to Keene from the train station. Highly recommend that tickets be booked in advance with flex option as the train can sell out seeing as there's only one.
Flight
About a 1 hour 20 minute drive to Keene. You might want to rent a car as there is not direct shuttle service to Keene. We might be able to arrange a carpool situation if enough people want to book flights here.
Flight
2.5 hours from Keene. There is no direct bus, but can take the Boston Express Bus to Nashua and could potentially coordinate carpool with guests arriving via Manchester-Boston Regional. May want to consider car rental for this option.
Flight
Around 2 hour drive to Keene NH. Could rent a car, but if timed correctly, could also take an uber, lyft, or taxi to the Hartford train station and catch the Vermonter the rest of the way to Brattleboro VT. The Vermonter train from Hartford to Brattleboro leaves around 2:15pm and arrives in Brattleboro around 5pm and is $26 each way.
Flight
4-6 hour drive depending on when you leave. If you plan on flying into an NYC airport and renting a car to drive up, please let us know if you'd be down to help carpool other guests up from the city. Another option could be flying in and taking The Vermonter up or a bus.
Travel Note
6-8 hours travel time from NYC. Could probably take a bus from Hartford as well. 4 hour travel time from Boston. Ticket price varies depending on when you buy.

Instructions from hotel: "Go to marriott.com/mhtkn. Next, fill out your stay information using the drop down boxes, including the dates needed, number of people, etc. Once your reservation dates and number of adults/children are entered, find the dropdown box titled "Special Rates," then select the option called "Corporate / Promo / SET #." Once selected, an empty box will appear titled "Enter Code." Type in the code "LPR." Click "View Rates." This discounted wedding rate will open and close based on availability as well as follow any hotel blackout dates for local and annual events. If it does not show available rooms using this code, then a discount would not be available for those dates and can be reserved at the best available rate. This code may be used online by anyone attending your wedding to reserve their room(s). Front Desk Agents are unable to reserve rooms using this code over the phone. The online booking system allows up to three rooms at a time to be reserved." (Because rooms are not blocked, please plan on booking your room asap if you want to stay the Fairfield)

Travel Note
Booking an air BnB could be a great way to get a cheaper rate per night if you are able to coordinate with a group. If you want to book an Air BnB, please let us know and we might be able to help you coordinate with other people that may be interested and also give you recommendations on where to look. Would advise looking into this earlier rather than later.
