COVID-19 Requirements
New York State requires all guests over the age of 2 to present a negative diagnostic test result for COVID-19. PCR tests are required 72 hours prior to the event OR a rapid test within 6 hours of the event.
Vaccinated guests do not have to be test as long as the 2nd dose (or only dose) was administered at least 14 days prior to the wedding.

IS THERE A SHUTTLE TO AND FROM THE HOTEL TO THE RECEPTION?
Answer
Yes! All guests staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Poughkeepsie can leave their cars their and take the shuttle to the party. The shuttle will start about 15 minutes prior to the start of the reception and continue ALL night to accommodate the needs of our guests.
