Come Party With Us!

Deirdre and Cory met in June of 2023 through eharmony. They started talking in April, and Deirdre was supposed to meet up with Cory for a date but she ended up with covid! Cory thought for sure, she was bailing on him, but it turned out she wasn't! After quite a few texts back and forth, they agreed on a date at 110 Grill on June 10th. It was a rainy day and a rainbow appeared. Both of them thought it was a good omen, and it was! After a couple more dates they were inseparable. They started to see each other almost everyday! Eventually, Deirdre invited Cory up to her family's cottage and they spent almost every weekend there over the summer. They realized after spending so much time together and having so much fun, (and practically playing house at the cottage) they were ready to move in together. Yes, they knew that it was really quick, but it just felt right. When you know you know! They started having deep conversations about what they really wanted for their future, and of course marriage came up. They decided to pick out an engagement ring together in May of 2024. Deirdre thought Cory was going to pop the question on her birthday. So she was twiddling her thumbs, just waiting for July to come around. BUT on June 30th in their apartment he kneeled down on one knee and popped the question! She was very surprised! Cory said that he couldn't wait any longer! I'm not crying you're crying! Now here we are, ready for our next chapter of our happily ever after!
