Deirdre and Adam met in the Fall of 2015 while Deirdre was completing her clinical at Griffin Hospital in Derby, CT. At the time, Adam was a patient transporter while going to school at the University of Connecticut. Adam was more often than not found in the CT department assisting Deirdre with her patients. Shortly thereafter, Adam asked Deirdre to be his girlfriend at the top of Sleeping Giant State Park overlooking Quinnipiac University.

After five years together, Adam professed his love and proposed to Deirdre in Newport, RI on the cliffs of Castle Hill Inn lighthouse after attending the Newport Wine & Food Festival. The celebrations continued the entire weekend with family and friends. We are so excited to celebrate this next chapter of our lives with you!
