Just let the couple know so we can do our best to accommodate you. 🗓 Final Guest Count Reminder To be included in the final wedding headcount, your room must be booked and your $200 deposit paid by December 31, 2025. ✈️ Travel Protection Insurance (Optional) If you choose to add travel protection, it must be purchased at the time of booking. 💳 Payment Deadlines Depending on your choice regarding travel protection, your payment plan will be: Without Travel Protection: Full balance due by March 6, 2026. With Travel Protection: 50% due by March 6, 2026, and the remaining balance due by May 24, 2026. Minimum Stay Notice If you need to stay fewer than four (4) nights, a minimum of two (2) nights is allowed. Guests must first book the room and pay the required deposit for the standard stay. After booking, please email Samantha (our travel agent) with your preferred number of nights, and she will send an updated invoice reflecting the adjusted stay. 🏨 Need a Different Room Type?
