2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Ladies & Elders can be dropped off at the front gate of Silverthorn Meadows, traffic and space permitting. Drivers can then go park the car in the guest parking lot and either 1) wait for a "shuttle" golf cart to bring them down to the venue or 2) walk the path down to the venue.
One does not simply walk into the venue from the parking lot. The path can be dusty, rocky, and - in some areas - moderately steep. We recommend ladies in heels and/or long dresses and those with mobility issues like post-leg day soreness opt for a ride on the cart. The path is doable for those in flat shoes and midi dresses or properly fitted pants.
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
This event is formal. It's outdoors and on grass, so be judicious in your choice of shoes.
4:15 pm - 5:15 pm
Good ceremony, nice and short. Leaves more time for drinking!
Same venue, but this will be on concrete. Drinks (beer, wine, specialty cocktails) served at bar. There will be appetizers and snacks available. Just mingle and have fun! We will be busy taking photos of ourselves and with family & friends.
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Looks like meat's back on the menu, boys!
Chicken, beef, salad, veggies, etc. All kinds of good shit. Buffet style. Pick your poison. Drinks, too! What else do you need to know?
6:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Back on the grass. Desserts will be served. Ceremonial dances.
7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
This is where the fun begins!
Open dancefloor, go ham. Dancefloor is concrete, but surrounding area is mostly grass, just fyi.
10:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Last shuttle to parking lot is at 11pm. Best to get ahead of it, especially for the ladies. That walk back ain't easy on any heels.
