Are vaccines required?

Answer

Yes. We require covid vaccination in order to attend our wedding or reception. Please DO NOT attend if you are not vaccinated.

Are kids invited?

Answer

This is an adults-only ceremony and reception. Though Alan and Leah adore children, our venue does not have the space to accommodate kiddos beyond our immediate family.

What should I wear?

Answer

Dressy/Semi-formal clothes are perfect. However, note that June in Minnesota could be 40 degrees or 95+. What's most important is that you are comfortable!

Are there vegetarian meal options?

Answer

Yes! You can select the vegetarian meal option for dinner. All sides will be vegetarian as well.

Will we be outside?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception are both located inside. The Kahler Hotel has central air conditioning, so we should stay comfortable even as we dance!

What about COVID?

Answer

We are very aware that COVID will continue to pose risks, even by next summer. We will follow all local and CDC guidelines for gatherings and will communicate promptly if any changes to our plan need to be made. If the situation necessitates, we will also set up a livestream of the ceremony for those who are interested in attending virtually.
