We recommend that guests arrive by 3:45pm to ensure a smooth and timely start to our ceremony at 4pm.

Parking and transportation are convenient for our wedding guests! The venue offers ample parking, and we've arranged a shuttle service from the Grand Stay hotel. Complimentary shuttles will run before the ceremony from 2:30-3:30 PM and after the reception from 9 PM to midnight, ensuring easy and stress-free transportation for everyone.

We've arranged a special room block at the Grand Stay hotel in Cambridge exclusively for our guests. When booking, simply call the hotel and reference the DeFrance/Wintle wedding to receive our discounted group rate.
