Churchill Downs is a Thoroughbred racetrack most famous for hosting the Kentucky Derby. It officially opened in 1875, and held the first Kentucky Derby and the first Kentucky Oaks that same year. Experience the exciting and colorful spectacle of Thoroughbred racing at legendary Churchill Downs. As for that horse race in May, it’s still known as the “Greatest Two Minutes in Sports”.
The Frazier is a history museum located in the West Main District of downtown Louisville. An affiliate of the Smithsonian Institution, the Frazier documents and reinterprets stories from history using artifacts, exhibitions, and live daily interpretations by a talented staff of teaching artists. With the opening of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail® Welcome Center and The Spirit of Kentucky® exhibit in 2018, the Frazier became the official starting point of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail®.

The world-famous facility is hard to miss, just look for The Big Bat, the world's largest baseball bat, delighting guests as they enter. To date, more than 4-million people have enjoyed the museum and factory tour experience at this location. Guests will see bats being made on every tour, every day.
