What time should I arrive?

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Please arrive between 3:30 and 3:50 PM to give yourself time to park, find your seat, and settle in before the ceremony begins.

We kindly invite guests to dress in fall, rustic, western-inspired attire with featuring rich seasonal colors, textured fabrics, and relaxed elegance. For the cooler evening weather, we recommend bringing a light jacket or shawl. Cowboy boots are highly recommended to complete the look.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Our wedding is a mixture of indoor and outdoor environments. Golden sunshine during the day and crisp, cold fall air at night. Just plan for layers so you can stay comfy from "I Do" to last call on the dance floor with a light sport coat/cardigan.

Can I bring a plus-ones?

Answer

To keep our celebration intimate, we have carefully allocated plus-ones to guests who are married, engaged, or in long-term relationships where possible. If a guest has been reserved for you, their name will appear on your invitation and RSVP. We truly appreciate your understanding and support as we finalize our guest list, and we can't wait to celebrate with you! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to the bride or groom—we’re happy to discuss adding anyone we may have missed.

Are Kids Invited?

We would love to have everyone's kids involved with our special day. If your child is included on your invitation or listed in your RSVP, they are absolutely welcome to join us. Please mark them in your RSVPs, and we look forward to seeing them. If your child is not listed, we kindly invite you to enjoy a fun, well-deserved night off with your significant other. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to the bride or groom—we’re happy to discuss adding anyone we may have missed.

Parking/Transportation?

Answer

Parking at the venue is limited, as our wedding will be held at a golf course country club. We kindly encourage guests to Uber, Lyft, or carpool from Pechanga Resort & Casino, nearby Airbnbs, or other hotels to ensure a smooth and stress-free arrival. You will see signs at the parking lot to lead you to where you need to go for the wedding.

We want all of our guests to enjoy the celebration! If you have any dietary restrictions, food allergies, or special meal requests, please reach out to the Bride and Groom, and we will work with our venue and caterer to accommodate them.
