When do I need to RSVP by?

We suggest formal. Please note that the ceremony will take place in a church.

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is all we wish for. We kindly request no gifts, but should you wish to gift something, a contribution in an envelope will be appreciated.

Where to park at the venues?

Answer

At St. Lambertus parking is within the church premises on the left side. At Castle Heeze you can park at Kapelstraat in front of the castle. Please be aware that Google Maps will not navigate you there as it is restricted only for castle visitors. Navigate to “Tapperij De Zwaan” and the street at the crossing on your left leads to the Kapelstraat.

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both Nuptial Mass and Castle Heeze will be held indoors, Only reception will be outdoors depending on the weather predictions for the day

Will there be vegetarian or vegan meal options available?

Answer

Yes, day guest will be requested to fill a form to choose their dinner courses. Meat, fish and vega is available at every course.

How do we get to the ceremony and from the ceremony to the reception?

Answer

For day guest coming from abroad we organize transportation between the hotel stay and St. Lambertus and between St. Lambertus and Castle Heeze. More details will follow closer to the date.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Children are welcome at the ceremony and reception, dinner & party. Please be clear in the RSVP who will come.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony begins so we can start on time.
