Answer

Since our outdoor events are in Miami in December, expect pleasant and mild weather. Daytime temperatures are usually in the mid-70s to low 80s Fahrenheit, with evenings cooling to the mid-60s. While it's generally drier, a light jacket or wrap is a good idea for the evenings. We chose this time for its beautiful weather, but keep an eye on the forecast closer to the date!

Welcome Party: Women: Feel free to choose from Indo-Western styles or your favorite American dress. Men: A classic shirt and formal pants are always a great choice, or feel free to wear indian attire. Grah Shanti: Gentlemen: Feel free to wear button-up shirts with dress pants or khakis, or embrace the celebration in traditional Indian kurtas. Ladies: We'd love to see you in traditional Indian wear like saris, lehengas, or salwar suits. Pithi/Haldi: Please join us in celebrating by wearing pastel shades, yellow, or white. Sangeet: For our vibrant Sangeet night, we encourage everyone to embrace the festive spirit by wearing traditional Indian attire. Wedding: For our sacred wedding ceremony, we respectfully request that all guests dress in traditional Indian attire. Reception: For Gentlemen: Please choose formal attire such as a suit. If you'd like to embrace a more formal look, black tie attire (tuxedo and bow tie) is also welcome. For Ladies: Choose from beautiful lehengas, saris, or Western formal dresses.

Villa Toscana Miami (Outdoor Events) The Welcome Party, Grah Shanti, Pithi, Sangeet, and Wedding will all be held outdoors at Villa Toscana Miami. Please plan your attire accordingly for these open-air celebrations. Hilton Miami Downtown (Indoor Event) Cocktail Hour will be held outside. The Reception will take place inside the ballroom at Hilton Miami Downtown.

Yes, Shuttle buses will be provided for all events, offering convenient transportation to and from the hotel and venue.

From December 4th to December 7th, 2025, all your meals are covered. We'll provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day to accommodate the event schedule. Additionally, breakfast will be provided on December 8th. More updates on the location of the meals will be sent out closer to time.

All of our wedding events from December 4-6 will be held outdoors, so if you are planning to wear pencil heels or stilettos, we recommend using heel stoppers to prevent sinking into the grass. Comfortable block heels or wedges are also great alternatives.
