How important is it for me to RSVP by the designated timeline?

Answer

Very important!! We really need your RSVP as soon as possible, but not later than the designated timeline. Doing so affords us the ability to effectively plan and coordinate the appropriate quantity of lodging, food, refreshments, transportation, and alternate venue location if needed. So we ask that you please make timely decisions for attendance at one or both events, so you can book your flights early enough to get the best discounts, and so we can book all of the necessities as early as we can to make everything as nice as possible for all of our endeared guests. Can't make it? No worries. Don't feel bad. We still love you. We just need you to let us know your decision as soon as you can, so we can plan accordingly.
