It's Finally Happening!

I’ve known Logan my whole life. He is one of the many lifelong friends that I have made through church camp, all of whom I love dearly. We’ve always gotten along well when we had the opportunity to see each other. Almost anyone in our friend group can tell you that pretty much our entire childhoods I had a massive crush on him. He, of course, was completely oblivious to my affections and did not return them for a long time. I sometimes joke I wore him down. One day, we started talking and haven't stopped since. The years we’ve been together have been the best of my life and I cannot imagine my future without him. He has become my best friend, my safe place, and my home. I am forever thankful God has given me such a wonderful person to spend my life with and I cannot wait to start this next chapter with my best friend.

Lauren and I first met when we were both children at church camp and have known each other ever since. My dad is a preacher so we would see each other every so often and we got to know each other more as the years passed. My senior year of high school is when we developed a deeper appreciation for each other and our friendship grew stronger. We started dating in June of 2015 and have been together ever since. Every flaw that I have is accepted by her, and she loves me in spite of them. I have never experienced any kind of connection like the one we share together and I consider myself to be one of the luckiest men to walk this earth. I hope that I can make her feel just as lucky as we go through our lives together.
