What’s the address?
Answer
Sadly, this isn’t a quick Google search and if you do their other venue will pop up! You’ll find yourself about 20 minutes away from us and in a parking lot, OH NO! 267 middle river road Brogue pa 17309 There will be a sign at the entrance. Yes, your car can make it up that big, steep hill!
Question
Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have two hotel blocks! One is with Heritage Hills Resort and the other is Home2 Suites by Hilton York. Please make your reservation as soon as you can. Heritage Hills: https://heritagehillsresort.com Our booking code is: IMRB061023 - This code expires on May 10th. Another option: Call the hotel front desk and state your reservation is for the Iacono/ Matranga wedding Home2 Suites by Hilton York https://www.hilton.com/en/book/reservation/rooms/ Another option: Call 717-741-0900 dial 0 and ask for the Iacono Matranga Wedding block. This expires on May 11th.

Check in isn’t until 4- can we check in earlier?
Answer
Answer from hotel: I recommend all your guests arriving on Saturday to phone the hotel front desk in the morning to check the status of early check in availability. If you can not check in before you leave for the ceremony- arrive ready to hop on the bus (bus arrival 2:30) or if you’d like to drive to the venue and check in when we arrive back at the hotel. Whichever works best for you :)

Is there transportation?
Answer
Yes- there will be a bus picking you up from the both hotels and bringing you to our venue! The busses will arrive at 2:30 to heritage hills hotel and depart at 2:40 so please be ready to hop on the bus! You should arrive to the venue at 3:10 if you’re traveling via bus. Busses will return at 8:30, 9:50, 10:05 to bring us back to the hotel!

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
There is available parking- not many spots are available, so try your best to make it onto that bus or carpool with a loved one! If you drive and have too much fun, take the bus home with us and get your car by 12:00 the next day!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes! We want everyone to enjoy themselves. There will be vegan and vegetarian options available, but if you have any other food allergies please let us know in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you.

What’s your plan B?
Answer
Our venue is 100% outdoors. There is a tent provided, and if it rains we promise to hold the ceremony under it and keep you dry!
