Maid of Honor
McKayla has been in my life quite literally since the day she was born. She is like no one else. She is the best friend anyone could ask for. She has been there for me through everything, and I know I can always count on her to be a shoulder to cry on or for a great laugh. My childhood memories consist of countless days at the beach or in the mountains together. So much of who I am is because I am lucky enough to call McKayla one of my best friends. I am so blessed to have had her in my life for so long and I know that will never change. Thank you to our moms for staying friends since high school and for giving me a friend I can't imagine life without.
Best Man
I met Hudson my first year of college at Whitworth University. We quickly grew close due to our shared major (finance). We both had the same class schedule during our junior and senior years, so we spent so much time together. Together we opened a moped rental business called Hudcap Moped Rentals. When people hear about Logan and Hudson, they all know that these two are inseparable. While Hudson now lives in Newberg, OR, and I live in Boise, the distance cannot keep us apart; our friendship only grows.
Bridesmaid
Lo Penner was my next door neighbor in our freshman dorm building. She is beautiful inside and out. She is such a light in the lives of everyone she knows. The way that she supports her friends is constant and unconditional. I always have so much fun when Lauryn is around. She makes everyone laugh with her wit and perfect comedic timing, and I have loved growing closer with her over the last four years. I will always cherish the many nights sitting and talking while the boys played Fortnite. She is an incredible friend who always makes me feel loved, valued, and accepted.
Groomsman
Mac and I met freshman year at school, though later found out that our paths had crossed before at a leadership camp in high school. In our first year together we had our own podcast called "The 2-3". We had to have been the most annoying pair in the world; we would give the pitch to anyone who would listen. Mac and I started living together our junior year in the Bowling house and have had so many laughs. We play Beer Die, Fortnite, and love drinking cider together (even on Tuesdays). Mac is such a kind man and I am very grateful to have him in my life.
Bridesmaid
Alyssa is just amazing. I met her when Logan's friend and housemate Kainoa made the fantastic choice to start dating her in our junior year. She quickly become one of my closest friends. She is so selfless, generous, and genuine. I have learned so much from being friends with Alyssa. She is so mature and will always be the bigger person. Her friends always come first, and I know she will always have my back no matter what. She has an incredible talent for making everyone feel like the most important person in the world. I love her endlessly and am so blessed to have a friend like her.
Groomsman
Kainoa and I met our freshman year on the track and in the dorms. Kai is such a natural leader, which I saw throughout our time at school as we led the track and field team together. He is a bundle of joy and energy, and I got to experience all of his love when I lived with him in the Bowling house. We played Beer Die, Fortnite, and many other fun games in our time together in the house. Kai and I grew so close together and our song together is Brother by NEEDTOBREATHE. He is my brother and I love this man more than he knows.
Bridesmaid
Ellie and I have been friends since freshman year at Whitworth. Eventually we moved in together and lived together for our last two years in school. The memories that we made in our house will always be something that I cherish. She is a fantastic listener, gives great advice, and has a smile that lights up a room. We can look at each other and know exactly what the other is thinking without having to say a word. Once we get each other laughing, it's almost impossible to stop. I am so thankful to the barn house for giving me a lifelong friend.
Groomsman
Luke Bumpus was my first ever friend at Whitworth. When I met him, I knew he was someone that I needed in my life. His ability to have fun, make you laugh, and tell you how it is no BS are all things that I love about him. We grew closer during our time living together in the Bowling house. We play golf, adventure on mopeds, "borrow" street signs from the city, and enjoy whiskey sours together. Luke is someone that I think everyone should have the opportunity to meet to see how great his presence is. Much love for this tall man.
Bridesmaid
Emmy is the fastest friend I have ever made. We met during my senior, her 5th, year soccer season at Whitworth. She joined the team for just one year, but it made it the best soccer season I've ever had. Instantly we knew we would be friends. We understood each other because we have such similar personalities and mindsets. I am so lucky to have her in my life. She is the best kind of friend to have. From our deep conversations to the deep belly laughs, Emmy has been such a rock for me. I will forever be thankful for the time we got to play together and for all the memories we'll get to make in years to come.
Groomsman
Danny and I only recently met in this past year. We lived together for a year in the Bowling house, and there was never a dull moment in that house. We enjoyed playing Die, Fortnite and staying up late talking and playing Contexto with Jess. Jess and I loved taking Danny on nighttime drives to Taco Bell, where we had the best time (Barhar Blarst). I’m not surprised with how fast we became friends; I’m surprised it took me this long to meet such a great guy!
Bridesmaid
Julia and I have been friends since second grade. No matter how long it's been since we've seen each other, it always seems like nothing has changed at all. She is spontaneous, giving, fun, and incredibly smart. Julia and I spent lots of time going on adventures in high school to watch sunsets and talk about life. Her joy is infectious and constant. She is so loving and incredibly brave. I love watching Julia explore the world and make the most of her life; I aspire to be more like her everyday.
Groomsman
Tristan Piper is many things, but first and foremost he is a good friend. He knows how to make everyone smile and laugh. His energy is unmatched, and so is his kindness. I started working with and for Tristan my sophomore year. He gave me great insight into the world of financial planning and, he taught me how to have a good heart in business. While Tristan taught me the ins and outs of business, I taught him how to golf. If I ever had an open day away from school or track, he and I would go out and hit the course. Sometimes the course would hit us first, giving us a frustrating few hours, but eventually we'd learned how to tame it and have fun. Tristan is a good man and a good friend, and I am very blessed to have him in my life.
