What time is check-in if I am staying the night at The Tudor Arms?

Answer

4 PM is standard check-in. You may try to check-in early at 3:30 PM if you contact the hotel in advance. Please note: Be sure to tell the valet that you are staying the night so that they park your car in the hotel lot (those not staying the night may have their cars parked in the Cleveland Clinic parking garage next door by the valet if the hotel lot gets filled).

Where do I park for the ceremony?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the Royal Redeemer Lutheran church. The ceremony is in the sanctuary.

Where do I park for the cocktail hour/reception?

Answer

Please enter the Tudor Arms parking lot by approaching from the rear of the building on Wilbur Ave (by E 106th St). See picture at top of page. Free valet will assist with parking. If the hotel lot is filled valet may park your car in the Cleveland Clinic parking garage next door (on E 106th St). Valet service begins at 4:30 PM before the cocktail hour. Please try to arrive on time to avoid congestion. Thank you!

Where do I go after I park for the cocktail hour / reception?

You may enter the Tudor Arms in the front or rear entrance. The wedding hall is located on the second floor; please take the stairs or elevator near the reception desk.
