Dee told Ray that they were arranging a porch family photo shoot to photograph our new and wonderful family. That morning, they made sure everyone was up and looking their best to be out on the porch at the right time. Ray, knowing Dee's punctuality, began to suspect that something else was going on when Noella told them to NOT come outside yet, even though it was time for the photographer to be there. When Ray finally opened the front door, it was to be greeted by their beautiful family, with the kids holding signs that read "will you marry us?" and Dee kneeling down to officially ask Ray to join the family. There was no doubt in anyone's mind what Ray's answer would be - the kids immediately started to flip the signs around to reveal, "they said yes!" Our proposal was a beautiful celebration of the love we have for each other and as a family, and we know our wedding will be the same!
