Director (aka Officiant)
Chris is Max' little sister, and when driving home from dropping Dee off after she visited Max for the first time, turned to Max and said, "I call dibs on officiating!" Of course, Max sputtered and stumbled, “But, we’ve only been official for 4 months!” But, in all seriousness (wait, no..not serious. Sincere. Yeah, so in all sincerity), Rev. Chris Kapp believes every ceremony should be fun, meaningful, and a true reflection of the couple - whether it’s traditional, offbeat, spiritual, secular, or packed with geeky references (yes, Starfleet uniforms are acceptable wedding attire!). With experience officiating everything from elegant soirées to backyard D&D-themed weddings, Chris brings warmth, humor, and a personal touch—while also keeping that one uncle from stealing the mic.
Stage Manager (aka Honor Attendant)
Basically, Irene's job is to keep Max from freaking out (good luck!) and take care of that which needs taken care of. Irene and Max go back just about as long as anyone involved in the big day, so she's knows what will get him to chill the heck out (usually LOL). Irene isn’t just the Honor Attendant—think of her as the stage manager of this production, making sure the reception stuff gets done, while the couple gets to actually enjoy their big day. From wrangling bags of ice, to keeping that one cousin (you know who you are! LOL) away from the playlist, Irene’s got it covered with a mix of efficiency, charm, and just the right amount of boss energy. When this wedding goes off without more than the usually little hitches (except, you know, the actual hitching part), you’ll have Irene to thank!
