How should I provide proof of my COVID-19 vaccination or negative COVID-19 test result?

Answer

At this time, our venue requires all attending adult guests to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination OR a negative COVID-19 test result administered within 72 hours prior to 2/4/22. You may email a photo of your vaccination card or negative test result to Cameron at cameronjmilstein@gmail.com. Please include your first and last name in either the subject line or body of your email. Thank you!

Are attending guests required to wear a mask?

Answer

Guests are not required to wear a face mask. However, if you would feel more comfortable in doing so, please do so.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black tie preferred, but not required. Suits and cocktail dresses are absolutely acceptable.

Venue parking is very limited. Ridesharing (Uber, Lyft, etc.) is highly recommended.

We kindly ask that you do not bring a guest unless otherwise specified on the invitation that you received. Thank you for understanding.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! You will enter this information during the RSVP process after making your meal selection. The venue is able to accommodate any and all food allergies, so please specify ahead of time.
