To allow all guests (including parents!) a night of relaxation and celebration, we are hosting an adults-only (18+) wedding ceremony and reception. We appreciate your understanding.
We kindly request that you RSVP before April 30th. The sooner you can confirm your attendance, the better, as this helps us provide an accurate guest count to our wedding vendors. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated!
We kindly ask guests to dress in semi-formal attire for our wedding. For men, this means a suit or dress slacks with a button-down shirt (a tie or blazer is optional but welcome). For women, a cocktail dress, midi dress, or a nice skirt and blouse would be perfect.
Just visit the “Travel” tab to see a map with the details of the designated parking area. There is a guest parking lot West of the venue available for our guests, however spaces are limited. If the lot reaches capacity, paid street parking is available. The streets surrounding The Hudson now operate under the City of Wichita’s new paid parking system. Paid parking is enforced on Saturday from 8 a.m- 9 a.m. Standard on-street rates are $1 per hour and payments can be made through the ParkMobile or PayByPhone apps. Guests are encouraged to download and set up parking app in advance to ensure a smooth arrival.
Doors open at 3:45 PM but plan on arriving no later than 4:15 PM for the ceremony, which begins precisely at 4:30 PM. This will give you ample time to comfortably find your seat and get settled before the festivities begin. Earlier the better!
Our ceremony will be held outdoors in the urban garden, weather permitting, with the reception taking place inside.
