Trust us—we’ve asked ourselves the same thing! We love hunting just as much as anyone, which is exactly why we thought it would be fitting to have our anniversary fall right in the middle of it. That way, for years to come, we’ll spend our anniversaries together in the mountains doing what we love most. We hope you’ll trade just one evening in the woods to come celebrate with us. And if you happened to pull that once-in-a-lifetime tag this year, we get it—but don’t forget, we gave you all of September to fill it!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Please plan to arrive about 30 minutes early so you’ll have time to walk or catch a UTV shuttle (250 yards) to the ceremony site. Once you arrive, you can grab a seat before the festivities begin.
Yes! Parking is available at the main entrance of the Canary Barn at Saratoga Ranch, with signage to help guide you. We kindly ask that you avoid parking directly in front of the barn, except for temporary drop-offs.
We are hoping to have the ceremony outside (Wyoming weather permitting) please dress accordingly or bring a jacket for the ceremony. The reception will be held indoors in the beautifully restored barn!
We’re calling it Cowboy Cocktail 🤠✨—a little Western, a little dressed up! Think dressy boots, jeans or dresses, and cowboy hats if you’d like. We want everyone to feel festive while keeping that ranchy vibe. Just keep in mind the ceremony will be outdoors, and you’ll walk about 200 yards through grass, so choose footwear you’ll be comfortable in.
Yes! We will have a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink options. We will have a open bar but ask you to bring a nice tip for the bartender.
Dinner will be catered by Nick’s Cowboy Catering and served buffet-style. Guests can enjoy a charcuterie and grazing table during cocktail hour (following ceremony), followed by flat iron steak, balsamic marinated citrus chicken, potatoes, roasted carrots and Brussels sprouts, garden salad, and dinner rolls. Please note we’re unable to accommodate dietary restrictions or substitutions, so if something doesn’t fit your preferences, please plan accordingly.
We hope this can be a fun night off for our guests. While we adore all the kiddos in our lives, we’re only able to include a small number of children who are very close to us. If your invitation lists your child’s name or says “_____ Family,” they’re invited. Due to limited seating, we aren’t able to accommodate additional children beyond those listed on the invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding, and kindly ask that guests refer to their invitation for details on who is included.
Please RSVP by August 15th. When responding, be sure to indicate how many members of your invited party will be attending. You can complete the RSVP form directly on this website, or feel free to call or text Maggie at 307-339-7171. If you do not RSVP, we will not expect you to be attending, therefore will not have food or seats planned for you.
