Both Trinity Church and Positano are located in Wheaton, Illinois (a suburb about 45 minutes outside of Downtown Chicago)—perfect for making a long weekend out of the celebration. Since many guests will have Juneteenth off the day before the wedding, we highly recommend arriving early and taking some time to explore the city.
Spend the day wandering through the Loop and taking in some of Chicago’s most iconic sights, grabbing a drink at one of the city’s many rooftop bars, or enjoying the incredible food scene at one of the countless restaurants across the city. You can also stroll along the Magnificent Mile for shopping or head to Navy Pier for lakefront views, rides, and entertainment.
If you’re looking for nightlife, Chicago has plenty to offer—from hidden speakeasies and lively cocktail bars to live music venues and classic Chicago blues clubs. However you spend your time, the city has something for everyone, and we hope you enjoy exploring it during the wedding weekend!
