May we take photos during the ceremony on our phones?

Answer

While we know you are all so excited to see us get married ( I know its only been 7 years, 11 months, and 28 days!) and want your own photos, the ceremony will be completely unplugged! We will have 3 photographers(2 during the ceremony) the entire night to capture it all!

Can I post your wedding on social media?

Answer

YES! But only AFTER Jacob and I have posted it ourselves. Please hold those pictures to let us have our moment!

Is there parking onsite?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking at the venue. There will be parking attendants guiding you where to park.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Only if your envelope is addressed to you and your family or you and your significant other.

Do I have to walk far to the venue?

Answer

No, but if the walk does seem much further than expected, there will be golf carts to take people to ceremony.

Where is the ceremony going to take place? Is it far from the reception?

Answer

The ceremony will be held indoors! It is in the loft of the barn and the reception will be held downstairs of the barn.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony starts promptly at 4:30 P.M., so please arrive by 4:00 P.M. Find your seat as soon as you can, so the ceremony can start on time!

What is the attire?

Answer

Cocktail! Bride and groom will be wearing cowboy boots, so feel free to wear yours as well!

What is being served at your wedding?

Answer

We will be serving BBQ through a food truck! My local peeps should know all about the Hud Truck, but if you do not, please look it up on socials! Amazing BBQ from our favorite local restaurant Hudsons! (Hudsons is where we celebrated our engagement for dinner). There will be a pork, beef and chicken as meat options available. The BBQ eggrolls and Pimento Cheese wontons are TO DIE FOR!!!

I have a food allergy, are there any changes I can make to dinner?

Answer

If you have any food allergies, please inform Sarah as soon as possible. I do not believe there is anything that could cause an allergic reaction, but i still want to know so I can verify with The Hud Truck so I can notify you!

Will there be alcohol served?

Answer

Yes, we will have beer and wine to those who are 21 and up at the reception. No liquor will be served or allowed on the property.

What will the weather be like in late October?

Answer

Well, it could be rainy, sunny, hot, or cold! In GA you will never know until its happening! The ceremony and reception will have plenty of room for those to be inside. As far as temperature... it may be warm or it may be freezing! Please be sure to check the weather app before you plan your outfits!

How should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP through Zola so we can get an accurate headcount. There will be 2 parts to RSVP, the ceremony and the reception. The RSVP feature will be available once invitations are sent out! If you plan on attending both, please RSVP to both so we know how much seating and food to serve!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP for BOTH the ceremony and reception by September 1st. If you only plan to attend the ceremony and not the reception, please be sure you RSVP to the ceremony and say no for the reception. This is so we can have an accurate headcount for seating for dinner and enough food for everyone!

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered directly on Zola! We do not have a typical registry as we have all items needed for our home. If you would like to gift us something for our wedding, please donate whatever amount you would like to our dream honeymoon fund or pet hotel for Benelli, Maybelline, and Daisy!
