Please plan to arrive to the church at 1:00 pm, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 1:30pm. We ask that no photos via camera or cell phone be taken during the ceremony please.
2:45 pm - 4:30 pm
Since the start of the reception is 2 hours after the end of the wedding ceremony, guests may want to gather at the Hilton Garden Inn bar to "pre game." The Hilton Garden Inn is also the location of the shuttle to and from the venue.
4:00 pm - 9:30 pm
The shuttle will run at the beginning and at the end of the reception. It will depart the Hilton Garden Inn at 4:00 pm and 4:30 pm to take guests to the Reception. Return shuttles will depart Brawley Estate at 8:45 pm and 9:15 pm. If guests choose to drive, there is plenty of parking at The Brawley Estate.
4:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Let's celebrate! Join us for an evening of dinner, dancing, and fun! The reception is at The Brawley Estate and starts at 4:30 pm. There is plenty of parking if you choose to drive. However, the venue requests no overnight parking. If you plan to drink, please plan ahead and RSVP for the complimentary Shuttle. The Shuttle will be available to/from the Hilton Garden Inn to The Brawley Estate at the beginning and end of the Reception. For guests needing more flexibility with arrival and departure, Uber and Lyft serve the area.
9:30 pm - 11:45 pm
Back at the Hilton Garden Inn, let the celebration continue! We can gather at the bar in the lobby or just outside in a covered area that has a firepit.
