Ellie and Kevin first met when Ellie’s cousin Cassidy asked her to join her, her boyfriend Luke, and his best friend out for drinks at Carbones in Cottage Grove. The waitress assumed it was a double date and little did we know it was the first of many!

Kevin asked Ellie out on their first date to Mallory’s in downtown Hudson. He texted her asking if she was free for dinner next Friday - not mentioning that day would be Valentine’s Day - prompting Ellie to message Cassidy and Luke wondering if he knew that or not. He definitely did and the Valentines first date was perfect!

Kevin asked Ellie to officially be his girlfriend, cuddled up with the dogs at Ellie’s mom’s house while watching a movie.

Ellie and Kevin moved into their first apartment together at Kellogg Square in downtown St. Paul.

Ellie and Kevin moved out of Kellogg Square and into a house that had belonged to Kevin’s great uncle in East St. Paul. Ellie and Kevin officially bought the house in the summer of 2025!

Ellie and Kevin got a puppy, adding Lincoln the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel to their family. He is sweet, goofy, and very spoiled.

Kevin proposed to Ellie at her family’s cabin in Amery, WI in front of the water. He had set up a rose arch and invited their family to be there to celebrate after!
