You are welcome to bring any guest that has been named on your invitation. Due to the nature of our small and intimate wedding, we have carefully selected our closest family and friends to share this special moment with us. With this in mind as well as venue capacity limits, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate any additional unnamed guests. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to celebrating with you!
You are welcome to wear any color or pattern you desire. We will have a professional photographer to capture family photos, so we want you to look and feel your best. We would appreciate for our guests to adhere to semi-formal or “cocktail attire”.
We will have music and refreshments starting at 1 pm, so feel free to arrive any time thereafter. The ceremony will begin immediately at 1:30.
Due to the fact that our wedding date is within peak park season (Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend) a $10 fee per vehicle is required. Carpooling with family is a great way to avoid unnecessary additional vehicle fees. Guests age 62 or older can show ID upon entrance and will be admitted for free, or you may use a NYS Park Pass if you have one. If any guests are unable to pay admission, please reach out and we will pay for a ticket for you in advance that you can present upon arrival at the park.
It is recommend to park in the East Beach Parking Lot; this will be the shortest way to reach the building. The top left-hand corner of the parking lot has a paved walkway that will bring you right up to the building. If you enter the park from the main entrance off Route 290, the East Beach Lot with be the second parking lot on the right-hand side. If you enter from Route 5 (golf course side), the East Beach Lot would the your third. If a guest is unable to, or prefers not to walk down the path from the parking lot, you may be dropped off directly at the building by driving down the path, and someone can bring your car back to the parking area. If you choose this method, please take caution for pedestrians and drive slowly.
