What is the address of the venue?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be taking place at the River Run Lodge 1730 Blue Heron Drive, Redmond OR 97756.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation says, "and Guest," then yes! If not, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We ask all guests to arrive in cocktail attire. Here are some guidelines: "A small step above semi-formal; It's a balance between elegant and comfortable and fancy and pared-back. Instead of a floor-length dress, women should opt for a tea-length, knee-length, or midi look. And while tuxedos are no longer an option, men are required to wear a suit and tie, regardless of the wedding's setting."

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

4:00pm-4:15pm. The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm!

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors and reception indoors.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! For those staying at the Lodge at Eagle Crest there will be a shuttle to and from the wedding venue.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! The parking lot is right out front.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! However, the last hour of the reception will be cash bar.

Yes! Dinner will be provided as well as other little goodies!
