Is there parking for the celebration?

Answer

There is NO onsite parking at Spring Haven for guests. All guests are required to park offsite and take a shuttle to Spring Haven. Please view our Logistics tab for more information.

What time should I arrive at the celebration?

Answer

The first shuttle will arrive at ____. Guests are encouraged to arrive by 4:30pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no official dress code. We recommend semi-formal attire. Please keep in mind that most of the event is outdoors in the May heat in Tennessee, so feel free to wear lighter suits and dresses.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! Please indicate your dietary and allergy needs when you RSVP.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the celebration?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle that transports guests from the Holiday Inn Express to the venue. There is NO parking available onsite for guests. Please view our logistics page for parking information.
