Welcome Cocktail

7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Feel free to dress casually!

If you're in town for the night, we will be having a casual welcome party at the Tobacco Company. This will be held in the room straight back on the first floor of the restaurant. Directly after our rehearsal dinner, we will open the room up to the rest of our family and friends! Please note that this will be a cash bar, so bring cash or credit card to enjoy bar service. Parking Info: If you're staying at any of the downtown hotels - The Tobacco Company is walkable. If you are driving, the easiest way to park would be in the parking deck located right behind Tobacco Co. at the corner of 12th St and Canal St. ($6 flat fee for the evening).

Ceremony

4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Access via 5th St. Enter venue through Daisies restaurant. The ceremony will be indoors. Arrive as early as 3:30 pm to enjoy a glass of champagne. Please arrive by 3:50pm – ceremony starts promptly at 4 pm. There are some road closures near the venue so please give yourself plenty of time. Directly following the ceremony will be cocktail hour! Parking Information: There is a parking lot to the left of the venue (facing the venue, with your back to the James River) that is free to use.
