Where should I park?

Answer

There is a parking lot directly off of US-41 (Tamiami Trail) in front of the venue, see image above. Input the following address into your GPS and it will take you directly there: 655 US-41, Sarasota, FL 34236. Take the path to the right of The Bay office (Blue Pagoda Building) around back to the Sarasota Garden Club. The parking lot is only accessible from the North directly after the roundabout at 10th Street. Keep in mind the path is made of gravel and you might have some trouble if wearing heels.

Question

Where should I get dropped off?

Answer

There is a drop off area directly next to the venue off of Van Wezel Way. However, there is no parking here, see instructions above.

Question

What Am I supposed to wear?

Answer

We would love to help you narrow down your choices... but we can't. Just kidding! You should wear garden cocktail attire. This means long, flowy dresses or a light colored suit (no jacket is ok with a long sleeved shirt). In terms of colors, think about the colors you would find in nature and opt for those. We would love to see light earth tones, blues, greens, yellows, and pinks or any beautiful nature inspired or colorful patterns. I have uploaded pictures for inspiration in the gallery if you are still struggling. We really appreciate your effort to make this day everything we dreamed of and creating the ambiance we would love to see.
