Jake hails from Chantilly, VA. He and Tyler met as sweetmates their first day at Old Dominion University in Whitehurst Hall. Both Jake and Tyler became members of Lambda Chi Alpha during their college careers and have not shut up about it since. Over the course of their 13 year long friendship they have lived in different places but always stayed in touch. Since moving to VB Jake was named 40 under 40 and has continued to grow his entrepreneurial endeavors. Jake will go wherever, whenever and always brings the party!

Brandie

Maid of Honor

The universe knew Brandie and Deborah were destined to be best friends, so much so, that even though they lived states away at the time, they ended up first meeting at a random concert before eventually becoming coworkers a year later. Fittingly dubbing themselves two halves of a whole idiot, Brandie and Deb just get each other. Whether it be building furniture, putting on a show at the Karaoke bar, or impromptu therapy sessions, there is never a lack of laughter when the two are together, despite whatever circumstances they may be going through. The support and love these two have for each other has stretched from Virginia all the way to California. Sometimes you find your soulmate in a best friend

Austin

Austin and Tyler attended Gloucester High School together and have too many stories to tell about it. They both did Crew (thats rowing) at GHS where they first met and Austin got his nickname “Sweatpants”. Austin and Tyler quickly bonded over their love of 90s hiphop and became fast friends. Austin then attended Johnson and Whales in Charlotte where he started a chapter of Lambda Chi Alpha. Austin is the best rapper Tyler personally knows and one of the best Sommeliers in Texas.

Katrina

Matron of Honor

20 years ago, Deborah's family moved in next door to Katrina's family. Deborah's Best Friend, and Katrina's baby sister, Danielle, brought the two together and Katrina has been stuck with Deborah as an unofficially adopted sibling ever since. Deb has always looked up to Katrina like an older sister (as proven by all of the clothes she borrowed and never returned), Katrina did her best to teach Deb how to curl her hair, and Deb's job has always been to put Katrina's eyeliner on for her. Through all of life's changes both big and small, tragically losing Danielle, Deb moving states away, Katrina starting her own business etc -the two have remained exceptionally close.

Adam

Adam and Tyler went to Gloucester High School together but did not connect until attending Old Dominion University. After connecting Adam joined Lambda Chi Alpha the following semester. Tyler majored in music and Adam rethinking his soul crushing choice to do pre-med once auditioned to join the music school along with him. While Adam will always be a top singer in my book, Old Dominion’s Music director disagreed and we have Resident Physician Trusty doing his residency at VCU Health to thank for that.

Sharina

Danielle introduced Sharina and Deborah one hot summer evening and the rest was history. After a decade of friendship, Sharina still never shy's away from being a fierce protector but also talking some sense into Deb when she needs it. The two of them are a textbook Leo/Sag duo, meaning when you get them both in the same room it automatically turns into a party! The love here runs deep

Stevin

Stevin hails from Virginia Beach and also attended Old Dominion University where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering. If you havent noticed the trend yet Stevin is also a member of Lambda Chi Alpha. Stevin likes to build surfboards in his spare time and once made a bad ass pacman costume for Halloween but somehow didnt win the best costume contest. Tyler likes to think they look alike so if he ever needs a body double he knows who to call.

Kali

Kali became a quick addition to the back yard bbq crew when she started dating Best Man, Jake. Kali is such a kind unique soul and Deborah quickly fell in love with her too. Deb and Kali share many interests such as laser lights and bass drops, as well as recognizing the beauty in the small things in life. Traveling the country as a "Quartet", Deb, Kali, Jake, and Tyler have experienced many of those beautiful things together. Standing beside Deb and Tyler for their wedding now being one of them.

Daughter of Deborah's late best friend, Danielle Reed, Kylien has been Deborah's little partner in crime since birth. While Kylien and Deborah may not be biologically related, Deborah thoroughly enjoys being Kylien's bonus Aunt. From gas station runs for cajun peanuts, Kylien breaking her arm days before she started kindergarden (of course we bedazzled her bright pink cast) , and multiple trips back and forth from Virginia to South Carolina, Deborah wouldn't trade the bond she has with Kylien for all the gold in the world
