When is the RSVP deadline?

"We would love to receive your RSVP before the 31 of July in order for us to plan better our event. We therefore advise you to RSVP as soon as possible."

"No, if you would like to bring a gift for us, we would greatly appreciate monetary gifts."

"While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us."

"We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will be able to accommodate only those listed on your invitation."

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

"We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time, and we can get the party started as scheduled! 13h00 for the wedding ceremony. 17h00 for the reception."

WHAT WILL BE THE OFFICIAL LANGUAGE OF THE CEREMONY?

Answer

"This will be a bilingual wedding ceremony (French & English) however, our MC can go further and accommodate Swahili & Lingala speakers for our home people. "

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

"For our big day we encourage our guests to wear formal. Ladies are expected to wear any colour dress except for white. We also advise you to keep an eye on the weather before you decide which cloth to put on. "

WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

"The ceremony will be held outside weather permitting. If it is raining, it will be held inside. The reception will be held inside the hall."

We will appreciate if you may let us know on time so we can try to accommodate someone else who might be on a waiting list.

Yes, there will be an open bar at the wedding.

CAN I TAKE AND POST PICTURES OF THE WEDDING ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

We kindly request that our guests refrain from posting photos of our special day on social media, but fear not! We have a QR code available for you to share your pictures with us. Simply visit the "Gallery" section for more details.

CAN I BRING MY GIFT TO THE WEDDING?

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, we would greatly appreciate monetary gifts.

Unfortunately we wont be able to provide transport for our guests.

We regret to inform you that the venue does not permit takeaways. We kindly request your cooperation in adhering to their policies to prevent any potential penalties for the newlywed couple.

A Secure Parking has been reserved for all our guest with an attendant.
