FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask all guests to arrive by 3:30 PM to find their seats and settle in. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 PM and we wouldn’t want you to miss a single moment.

Question

What happens if I miss the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will only be able to accommodate guests who have RSVPed “Yes” by the deadline. We completely understand life gets busy! However, after May 6, 2026, we must submit our final numbers. If we don’t receive your RSVP by then, we will sadly not be able to include you in the celebration.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we adore your children, we have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration, with exceptions for children in the wedding party.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Please note there will be no cash bar. A variety of non-alcoholic options, along with a limited assortment of alcoholic beverages, will be served. We encourage guests to bring their own drink of preference (alcoholic/non-alcoholic) should they choose to do so. (byob)

Question

Will there be a formal dinner?

Answer

Instead of a sit-down dinner, we will be serving a variety of finger foods buffet-style during the reception so guests can eat, mingle, and celebrate throughout the evening.

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

If you received a plus one or your guest’s name is listed on your invitation, it will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with our close family and friends. Only those listed on the invitations are asked to attend.

Question

What are the order of events?

Answer

Ceremony: 4:00pm-4:30pm Social hour: 4:30pm-5:30pm Dinner: 5:30pm-6:30pm Dancing: 7:00pm-12:00am

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place outdoors, located on the beautiful deck beside the Rod and Gun Club or inside, weather permitting.

Question

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to contribute to our honeymoon, a wedding card can be dropped in the card box at the reception.
