What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the church by 12:30 PM to allow time for parking and to meet the families of the groom and bride.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available at the top of the village square behind the school for the ceremony, and there is ample parking provided at Hedsor House for the wedding reception.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We encourage you to wear any color that suits you, if you seek inspiration, please refer to the attire section on your invitations. It is essential that guests refrain from wearing white or any shades close to white, as this is reserved for the bride. Similarly, gentlemen are kindly asked not to wear black tuxedos, as this is intended for the groom’s party. The bride and groom encourage ladies to wear heels or smart shoes and gentlemen to don dress shoes for the occasion.

Due to limited capacity, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate additional guests.

Are kids welcome?

Due to capacity limitations, we kindly request your understanding that children are invited only if the bride and groom have specifically informed you.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no transportation available from the hotels to our venue, Hedsor House. As it is situated in the countryside, we highly recommend that you rent a car or drive your own, as the venue is not accessible on foot.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform the bride and groom via email at debora_lst@hotmail.com or by phone at +44 7539 393660. They will be happy to make special arrangements for you!

Please ensure that you RSVP by October 31, 2026.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask guests to refrain from using electronic devices in the ceremony at church, as we want our guest to enjoy the special moment with us uninterrupted by technology. However please feel free to capture the wedding celebrations at Hedsor House!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Please note that our ceremony is indoors along with our reception.

Whom should I contact if I have any additional questions?

We kindly ask our guests to contact the bride and groom, Debora or Nicholas, at 07539393660 (Debora) or 07473455294 (Nicholas). In the final week before the wedding, please contact only Nicholas, as the bride will already be overwhelmed; let us not add to any pressure she may be experiencing.
